Chamber Social Network Features

The Chamber Social Network was designed first and foremost to efficiently deliver leads to members. Over time we have added features that now make it essentially a diary of everything going on at the Chamber. With email message opens sinking to new lows, this diary approach becomes an ever-more powerful tool in keeping members up to date. The live stream to the right is for demonstration purposes. Your live stream will be limited only to your Chamber.

Multi-Post is the Key to Success

When you create a newsletter, setup a multi-post, add a calendar event, or members create coupons and more... they have the option to broadcast this information out to various social networks. When you choose the "MMS Social Network" option it will be included in your social networking stream as demonstrated to the right.

Chamber to Member Delivery of Leads

There are many ways that Chamber members receive leads through the network. The most popular way is where Chamber staff receives phone calls or emails requesting information on a business and they instantly document that request by clicking on the "SEND LEAD TO MEMBERS" option within the system. Not only does this document the lead, but it sends the caller a miniature electronic member directory with only referred members listed. It also adds the lead to the member's statement and sends the member a email notification so they can contact this prospect. Because you would want to see this in the stream as another lead distributed to members for promotional purposes, no details are shown other than the lead being passed to members.

Public to Member Delivery of Leads

This network is also integrated into the national site called "Members Can Help" which gives people an easy way to contact verified Chamber of Commerce members. It works the same way for the public as it does for administrators so it's easy for the public to deliver their requests for quotes (RFQ), requests for proposals (RFP) and more. As you can see... the Chamber Social Network is a very powerful tool.

Open Member / Community Postings

Members are able launch the Chamber Social Network from their TCS center. From here they can post an open item that could ask for other members input. As members respond it will show it as part of the original post and send emails as updated to the participants in that one discussion.
