Broadcasting Network (Live)

Before we explain promotional benefits, you may want to read a copy of a recent study showing true value of Chamber membership. The Chamber of Commerce is considered the "Most Trusted Source for Local Information." Let the Chamber help you.

Let’s look at the concept of leveraging the Chamber of Commerce to help grow your business.

Optimizing your business online will enable the Chamber/Organization to:

1. Move more traffic from the Chamber/Organization's website to your business.
2. Move more traffic from the member directory to your business.
3. Move more traffic from the Area Search Engine powered by Google® to your business.

Unlike normal Internet traffic, the Chamber of Commerce is targeted for search by people looking for local resources. Membership
increases the exposure for your business. This kind of Internet traffic is unique to the Chamber of Commerce and is not provided to non-chamber members.

To prove how valuable this program really is, the Chamber/Organization will provide you with a monthly report that can help you improve your positioning.

If you make a special request to the Chamber/Organization, they can provide you with an additional report showing what people have been searching for and NOT FINDING. This information can be useful in your advertising strategy.

You may also view this report at any time by logging into the Chamber Social Network through your Chamber's website.

By using this report you can optimize your search terms so that people will be more successful finding you. This report is called, "Search & No Finds," and the Chamber/Organization administrator should be able to print or email this for you.

Chamber Social Network

The Chamber Social Network (Member Business Network) is provided as a way to stream your special offers, comments and leads throughout the membership automatically.

An optional weekly digest delivers a published document on the entire community that summarizes the community comments, leads generated for members, member coupons - specials of the week and much more.

Twitter

Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that enables members to send and read messages known as tweets.

Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters displayed on the members profile page and delivered to the members followers.

The member business network provides a centralized advertising platform to easily update local followers and broadcast business updates like specials and other advertising information through the Chamber of Commerce website and twitter - all in a single post.

Facebook

Facebook Group vs
Facebook Fan Page:

What’s the difference?

Facebook allows for 2 networking tools:

1.Creating/ joining a Facebook group
2.Creating/ joining a Facebook fan page

The differences include:

1.Unlike groups, fan pages are visible to unregistered people and are thus indexed (important for broadcasting and building a fan base).

2.Unlike fan pages, groups allow you to send out a “bulk invite” by inviting all your friends to join the group, while with pages you will be forced to drop some invites manually.

In either case, the member business network will post your special offers and/or coupons to your facebook fan page or group automatically, while at the same time updating your local community through the Chamber Social Network.
